Local restaurant Burnout BBQ to open at Westgate Oxford this month
Westgate Oxford has announced that award-winning local eatery, Burnout BBQ, is set to open a kiosk inside Social Street Food later this month.
Founded in 2018 by two friends who converted a Ford 1952 pick-up into a unique BBQ truck, Burnout BBQ has grown to have an established presence in Oxford and now boasts a restaurant in Summertown as well as several food trucks which pop up at pubs and festivals across the city.
The new location will showcase the brand’s classic menu, including an assortment of ‘Texan Tapas’ small plates, smoked and pulled meats, and buttermilk fried chicken, while also featuring limited-edition offerings such as maple smoked ribs and burnt ends, with all food made using locally-sourced ingredients which are smoked on-site.
To celebrate the opening, Burnout BBQ will be launching a new loyalty programme, offering exclusive discounts and special offers to guests visiting any of the brand’s establishments.
