Cocooned in walnut panelled walls, the luxurious spa is located on the lower ground floor and offers three treatment rooms a steam room, sauna, thermal relaxation area, and gym. Alongside treatments from world-renowned British brand, Oskia.

The Spa Therapist plays a pivotal role within the business, driving the revenue in the Spa through effective sales whilst working alongside all other departments in the hotel.
As an ambassador for the Spa and all things wellness, this role ensures outstanding guest relations, driving and delivering The Stores brand standards. Providing and maintaining the highest standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
A Spa Therapist will take great care in ensuring that when guests arrive at the spa they are greeted, movements co-ordinated, and needs and requests anticipated.
Working alongside the spa team to continuously seek ways to enhance the spa experience for our guests and implement improvements accordingly.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean, hygienic, and safe environment for guests and staff.
