Flight Club Oxford Launches NEW Spring Tipples Cocktail Menu

Spring has officially sprung! In celebration, Flight Club Oxford – the lively, fairground-inspired cocktail and Social Darts bar – is launching a brand-new limited-edition cocktail menu featuring a selection of delightful seasonal tipples. Ideal for sipping in this long-awaited sunshine, these five fabulous cocktails will be available from 14th April. See below for a rundown of what’s on offer.

And of course, a spring cocktail is best enjoyed alfresco, which is why Flight Club Oxford’s roof terraces are the perfect spot to imbibe these beautiful beverages.

A stunning backdrop for spring socials, the bar’s back terrace provides a slice of serenity amongst the bustle of the city as it overlooks the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside and festoon lighting creates the ultimate cosy vibe for the lighter evenings. At the front of the bar, there is more outdoor seating for those who want to watch the world go by whilst sipping their spring drinks.

 

Spring Fling

Fresh, fun, fruity and packed with a punch, this drink is a Ketel One Vodka and peach liqueur blend with juicy peach, zesty lemon, and fragrant basil, topped with Franklin & Sons Mallorcan Tonic. It’s a bright and breezy sip that tastes like a new crush in cocktail form.

Sunkissed Rhubarb

The perfect combination of sweet and tangy. Diplomatico Rum and rhubarb liqueur mix with apple, lime, and strawberry for a refreshing burst of flavour. Finished with a mint garnish, this cocktail is the ideal golden hour accompaniment.

Berry Bloom

Spring in a glass! Herradura Tequila and raspberry liqueur mingle with fresh raspberries, lemon, and cranberry for a punchy, fruity delight. Finished with mint and dried raspberries, it’s the perfect mix of vibrant and refreshing.

Pistachio Martini

Rich and creamy, this indulgent mix of Bottega Verde Pistachio Liqueur, Disaronno Velvet, and Ketel One Vodka is blended with oat milk and topped with cocoa powder. Smooth, luxurious, and oh-so-satisfying.

Botanical Burst 0% (Non-Alcoholic)

Zero alcohol, all the flavour! Seedlip Garden and spiced berry cordial combine with apple, lemon, and juicy watermelon, topped with lemonade and a splash of foaming bitters. It’s a garden-fresh burst of refreshment—light, lively, and alcohol-free.
