Music at Oxford welcomes one of the UK’s finest brass bands to Oxford for an afternoon that will keep everyone from brass band newbies to connoisseurs entertained.

This multi-award winning band first caught the imagination of the British public in 1977 with their recording of The Floral Dance, holding the No. 2 position in the British singles chart for nine weeks, and only being held off the top spot by a certain Paul McCartney.

More recently the band has worked with the likes of Kate Rusby, BBC Radio 2 Folk Award winner The Unthanks, and classical actor Simon Callow.
