Dance, socialise and have fun in this workshop created by dancer and choreographer Jane Castree. Explore community through movement and memory and watch a performance from the Silver Shakers.
Workshop timetable:

1 – 1:30pm – Move your body and dance, at our inclusive dance class for all ages, abilities and physicalities.

1:30 – 2pm – Enjoy a performance from the Silver Shakers, proving that age is no barrier to creative movement.

2 – 3pm – Share stories and build your community with tea and biscuits – this one’s on us!

3 – 4pm – The Silver Shakers and Thomas Page Dances Young Artists lead the way as we create a brand new dance all together!

No experience necessary, this inclusive dance class is for all ages, abilities and physicalities. Just come along in some comfy clothes and with an open mind!
