Each studio sits at 3,714.6 sq. ft. with rigging beams and roof trusses, as well as cable runs both externally and internally to the building with smaller adjoining rooms that can be set up for recording desks, used as green rooms, or used however is needed.
In addition, there is a sprung-floor studio with a mirror running the length of one wall. This studio sits at 1,722 sq. ft. and has direct access to the loading dock as well as including cable runs and load-bearing channels within the ceiling for any rigging needs.
