Christmas Tickets now on sale for ‘Believe’ at Westgate Oxford

● Meet Norbert the enchanted reindeer at Westgate Oxford’s Christmas Grotto from 26th November right up to Christmas Eve

Tickets for ‘Believe’, Westgate Oxford’s wonderous Christmas grotto, which will be open from Friday 26th November until Christmas Eve, go on general sale from Monday 13th September.

Guests are welcomed into a mystical cavern where they’ll meet one of Santa’s trusted elves, McJingles, and the magical talking reindeer, Norbert – a small creature with big dreams. Watch out, Rudolf!

After greeting Norbert with a song – and discovering one of his many charming surprises – guests will be invited to make extra-special reindeer food to take home and leave out to fuel Santa’s helpers on their Christmas Eve journey.

Immersed in the festive spirit, little ones will then be invited into Santa’s enchanting grotto to enjoy a one-to-one with the man in red himself, receiving a gift and the opportunity to take away a photo of the occasion.

Brendan Hattam, Centre Director at Westgate Oxford, said: “We are delighted to welcome back the Christmas Grotto to Westgate Oxford once again – this year even better than before!

“The ‘Believe’ experience is a great way for us to share the Christmas spirit with our guests and we are looking forward to Norbert becoming a local celebrity!”

The health and safety of guests is the centre’s priority, and Westgate Oxford has taken a number of precautions to ensure visitors can enjoy the experience without concern.

The ‘Believe’ experience will be located at Leiden Square within the centre. Tickets, costing £12 per child and £5 per adult (plus an online booking fee), will go on general sale from 13th September at https://westgateoxford.co.uk/believe-westgate-oxford.
