Celebrate Mother’s Day with unlimited dessert at Hawkwell House Hotel

Mercure Oxford Hawkwell House Hotel has launched a special Sunday lunch menu to help families celebrate Mother’s Day in style.

The Iffley-based boutique hotel is offering unlimited starters and desserts alongside beautifully crafted mains in its signature restaurant Frank’s, to mark the occasion. The hotel is

now encouraging families to book as spaces fill up fast.

The Mother’s Day set lunch includes three delicious courses featuring a range of starters including leek and potato soup, meat board, fish board or vegetarian board.

Diners can then select from one of six main courses including 12-hour roast topside beef, roast lion of Oxfordshire pork, pan roasted chicken, mushroom, brie and cranberry wellington and battered Cornish haddock, or a Hawkwell burger.

To top off the perfect lunch, Hawkwell House has included a range of classic sweet treats such as indulgent Biscoff cheesecake, chocolate caramel brownie and apple and berry crumble.

The three-course set menu is £39 for adults and £22 for children. The menu has a range of gluten free and vegetarian options to cater to all guests’ dietary requirements.

The 77-bed hotel is just a short walk from Iffley Lock on the River Thames and St Mary the Virgin Church. It is three miles from Oxford rail station and is close to Oxford’s southern bypass road.
