Get ready for summer with the ultimate barbecue cookery masterclass from the world’s barbecue experts. This 3-hour, hands-on, cookery school certified by Weber where you can learn new skills and techniques from a Weber barbecue chef while cooking up some tasty dishes. This relaxed and fun course is limited to a small group of participants to provide an enjoyable atmosphere for your tuition and is sure to expand your barbecuing mindset.

The course includes:
3-hour hands-on cooking experience with a Weber-certified barbecue chef The opportunity to cook on the latest Weber Barbecues to increase your cooking repertoire. The recipes will include the use of a range of accessories so that you learn about the different cooking methods and techniques used to produce some exceptionally delicious food. Drinks provided throughout your course Cook and eat all of the food produced on the day Weber Apron to take home plus a digital recipe brochure & digital course certificate. Equipment to be used:
A range of equipment will be used on the day provided by Weber, including the Genesis EPX335, Master-Touch Premium, Searwood XL 600 Wood Pellet Grill, Slate GPD & Summit Kamado. The equipment used should cover the breadth of barbecue types you may have at home or help you decide which barbecue to go for if you are planning to up your barbecue game this summer. Chef Bio:
Millets Farm courses are led by Barbara Wakeford who is the managing director of Emsworth Cookery School founded in 2011 and is a Weber Chef & Grill master. Please let the team know beforehand if you need help accessing the venue. The event space is flat and has just one step. Unfortunately, as this is a group event, the team cannot guarantee a lack of allergens in any of the food produced on the day.
