Westgate Oxford announces trio of new store openings in the run up to the festive season

Westgate Oxford has announced three new brands joining its retail lineup just in time for the festive season: independent and multi-brand skate retailer, Route One; frozen yogurt chain, Yogoo!; and perfume retailer, The Perfume Shop. Even better, lifestyle brand Miniso has also reopened in a new location in the centre.

Founded in 1989 with an aim to bring together the best of skateboarding and street fashion, Route One offers an extensive range of clothing, footwear, and skate hardware from brands including Carhartt WIP, Nike SB, Butter Goods, Polar Skate Co, and more.

The new store is the brand’s first in the region and is located in a 1,614 sq ft space on the Lower Ground next to & Other Stories and Sea Salt. Designed with a stylish minimalist aesthetic, Route One offers a relaxed space where guests can shop whilst keeping up-to-date with the latest skateboarding videos and edits.

Yogoo! Natural Frozen Yoghurt has joined Westgate Oxford’s food and drink options within Social Street Food. The brand, which is the UK’s largest frozen yogurt chain, creates a range of frozen products with a signature taste including frozen natural yogurt YogTub’s which include a range of fresh fruit and chocolate-based toppings, YogSmoothie’s, which are packed with fresh fruit and feature an array of toppings, and crunchy wholegrain YogCones.

The Perfume Shop, named the UK’s largest specialist fragrance retailer, has opened in an 1,965 sq ft store located on the Upper Ground near Bonn Square. Showcasing an array of fragrances to suit all tastes, the brand makes the perfect addition in the run up to the festive season for guests looking to purchase gifts for loved ones.

Finally, lifestyle retailer Miniso has reopened at Westgate Oxford in a new, revamped store located on the Lower Ground. The store has a new look-and-feel and showcases Miniso’s array of affordable pop culture and lifestyle products, including popular blind boxes, soft plushies, beauty, homewares, and accessories.

The new brands join recent openings Snowflake Gelato, Trinny London inside John Lewis, and a bigger and better Accessorize, as well as the Westgate Christmas Village’s seasonal gifting options, offering plenty of choice to find the most fabulous gifts under one roof.
