Events & Project Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated person to join the museum team at the beautiful Grade II* Victorian Oxford Town Hall. The Museum of Oxford is the only museum dedicated to telling the story of the city of Oxford and its people. In 2025 the museum celebrates its 50th birthday with a year long programme of events.

The Events & Project Assistant will support the museum team with the promotion of the museum, its public programmes and income generating activities, providing event and project related administrative and operational support in in the heart of Oxford city centre.

The museum are looking for an individual who will be proactive in maintaining very high customer service and operational standards. You will be well organised, a good communicator with a positive, can-do attitude and able to apply this to every aspect of your work.
