Sales boom for Pye Homes at Church Farm ‘sustainable community’

Oxfordshire-based housebuilder, Pye Homes, is sharing news of a recent sales boom at its prestigious Church Farm development, with year-on-year reservations more than doubling, and visits to view the homes up by over 30%.

Phenomenal demand has seen homes at Church Farm forward sold to January 2025, putting Pye Homes’ sales forecast ahead by four months, bucking both the current regional and national sales trends for new-build houses.

Reservations to date in 2024 are already at 25, more than double the 11 achieved last year, with visits from home movers up from 179 in 2023 to 236 this year. This equates to an average of one reservation for every 10 visits in 2024, compared to an average of 16 visits per reservation in 2023.

Danielle Simpson, Sales Director of Pye Homes, said: “This recent sales success shows that not only are prospective buyers attracted to the sustainable community that we are creating at Church Farm, but also the way we pair traditional materials with contemporary design, alongside plenty of innovative features.”

In the idyllic village of Radley, Oxfordshire, Church Farm offers eco homes with a twist – environmental features include in-roof solar panels, points ready for car charging and an air source heat pump.

Showcasing the best design and landscaping principles, Church Farm’s total sales to date have seen 84 in its first phase (51 private and 33 affordable) and 38 in phase 2 (30 private and 8 affordable).

The next release of properties at Church Farm is expected later this year with further houses and apartments coming to market.

Future sustainable developments from Pye Homes include 180 new energy-efficient homes within the lush green landscape of Hill Rise in Woodstock on behalf of Blenheim Estate Homes; and a range of properties in the new sustainable garden village of Welborne in Hampshire.

The beautiful new homes will range from one to five bedrooms, including apartments, terraced houses, semi-detached and detached properties. Pye Homes is one of the three home builders that are carefully crafting this exciting new community.
