New Drive Thru Menu at Mollie’s Oxfordshire Motel and Diner set to launch 9th July

Mollie’s Oxfordshire (https://mollies.com) is set to launch a new Drive Thru takeaway menu featuring a weekday Coffee & Doughnut offer alongside signature serves, loaded fries and affordable, family-friendly meal deals.

On the A420 at Buckland, near Faringdon, 20 minutes south-west of Oxford, Mollie’s Oxfordshire motel-diner is the only Mollie’s, so far, to offer a classic American-style roadside Drive Thru. The new menu is designed to add affordable deals, coffee-break refreshments and tempting offers to the standard diner menu.

The Drive Thru Coffee & Doughnut menu is available on weekdays (12:00 – 3:00pm), with house coffee by Darkwoods (£3.00 – £3.50). Every coffee (Iced, Filter, Americano…) comes with one free sugar ring doughnut.

A new Get Loaded menu, offers a choice of loaded fries (£6.00) – go for Give Me Beef (chilli cheese fries with beef chilli, American cheese and jalepeño) or All The Good Stuff (popcorn chicken, ranch dressing, American cheese and hot sauce).

The Burgers & Sandwiches menu features beef, chicken or plant-based burgers, hot dogs and Mollie’s popular double cheeseburger ­– the same burger that clinched second place at the National Burger Awards this year. All burgers and sandwiches (£10.50 – £13.00) include crispy fries and sweet soda and, on “Whipped Up” weekdays (12pm-3pm) also include a free tub of soft serve.

On the Mollie’s Chicken menu there is now a versatile Chicken Bucket, available in Small (£9.50), Sharing (£18.00) and Family (£42.00) sizes. All include a mix of chicken thighs, wings and tenders and come with fries, buffalo hot sauce and sodas. For families, add house slaw and ranch dip.

Decadent shakes and floats are also on the Drive Thru menu (£5.50), alongside irresistible American sweets including Apple Pie (£3.00), American Cheesecake and Blueberry (£5.00), Sugar Ring Doughnut (£2.00) and Chocolate Chip Cookie (£2.00).

As part of Mollie’s commitment to sustainability and reducing environmental impact, the Drive Thru’s takeaway packaging uses recycled and compostable materials and is free of any single-use plastics.
