Sushi experience is essential, however KIBOU will provide comprehensive training and will consider candidates with limited sushi skills as long as they’ve spent some time in a sushi kitchen.
Someone who is keen to perfect their skills, is reliable and possesses a strong work ethic.
A friendly personality and ability to work in a strong and highly motivated team is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 45 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Experience:
sushi chef: 1 year (required)
Kitchen experience: 2 years (required)
