Any non-perishable goods can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. If you believe your purchase to be faulty or not as expected please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org before returning it.
If asked please state in the notes field at checkout if tickets are to be collected or posted. In the case of paper tickets, they can be held for collection at the Oxford Visitor Information Centre, Broad Street, Oxford, or posted free of charge. Please allow time for delivery via Royal Mail.
NOTE: Many tickets are printable online and do not need collection or posting.
Official Guided Walking Tour Tickets
Please print your ticket and check in at Oxford Visitor Information Centre (15-16 Broad Street, Oxford OX1 3AS) 15 minutes before the start of the tour. The ticket will be registered under the cardholder's name. If you have any questions please email email@example.com
Subject to availability, Experience Oxfordshire &/or our fullfillers will endeavour to dispatch goods within 3 working days. However, if there are any unexpected delays, we will contact you by email or telephone. The prices quoted for our products do not include the delivery charge.
