  • Delivery from Experience Oxfordshire

    We will endeavour to dispatch your goods within 3 working days, subject to availability. All items are sent by Royal Mail Second Class. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery from date of order for postal addresses within the UK, 21 days for delivery overseas.

  • Postage & Packing

    P&P is calculated by the total weight of the items you are ordering, and the delivery destination. You will be quoted a postal rate before you checkout and pay for your order.

  • Official Walking Tour Tickets

    Please print your ticket and check in at Oxford Visitor Information Centre 10 minutes before the start of the tour. Any questions please email officialtours@experienceoxfordshire.org or phone 01865 686441.

  • Returns Policy

    You may return your order within 14 working days of receipt. Goods must be returned in a saleable condition to the fulfiller detailed on your receipt, at your own cost. A full refund of your original order including P&P will be made within 30 days. Where possible please notify the fulfiller by email that you are cancelling your order, quoting the order reference number.
    Exemptions: Tickets, CDs that have been opened, perishable goods such as food.
