University and City Walking Tour 2017

This 2 hour tour is an excellent introduction to Oxford and is our most popular tour. Your guide will lead you through the heart of the city, describing its traditions, its history and its architecture, including Radcliffe Square, home to the University's most iconic buildings. The tour will also include a visit to one of Oxford University's world famous colleges, and the Divinity School.

All tours include entrance fees to a College and the Divinity School.

To save money, you can combine your Uni & City Tour ticket with a CitySightseeing Bus ticket OR a Castle Unlocked ticket. (Please see t's and c's below for full details).

Terms

  • Meeting Point

    Your tour will start outside the Oxford Visitor Information Centre, 15 - 16 Broad Street, Oxford OX1 3AS. Please meet 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

  • Your Booking

    The booking will be registered under the cardholder's name.
    Your booking is made for a specific date and time. It is not transferable nor refundable.

  • Children

    Children must be accompanied by an adult (maximum 2 children per adult).
    Please note that pushchairs may not be admitted to a college and may have to be left outside at your own risk.

  • Liability

    Experience Oxfordshire and the Oxford Guild of Tour Guides do not accept liability for any damage or loss from any cause whatsoever in connection with this tour.

  • Combination Ticket with City SightSeeing Bus

    The combined ticket includes a 24 hour ticket for City Sightseeing Bus Oxford. Please validate your combined ticket at the Visitor Information Centre.

  • Combination Ticket with Castle Unlocked

    Castle Unlocked tours run every 20 minutes (from 10am to 4.20pm) and can be taken on a different day. Please note that children under five will not be admitted to the St Georges Tower (and any visitors also unable to climb the tower will be shown a video); pushchairs can be parked at reception.

  • 10% Discount

    You are entitled to 10% discount at the Oxford Visitor Information Centre when presenting your ticket for an Official Guided Walking Tour, on the day that your tour takes place. The 10% discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and it is not applicable to ticket purchases, stamps or accommodation bookings
