Join Bill Spectre's Spooky Ghost Tour

Join Bill Spectre for a very spooky walk of old Oxford over Halloween 31st October at 6.30pm from the Oxford Castle or 7pm from outside the Visitor Information Centre down Broad Street. There is an EXTRA 9pm tour for a more chilling experience!

Pumpkin Day at Cogges Manor Farm

Join Cogges manor farm for a magical autumnal day, with pumpkin competitions and twilight lantern walk. There will also be foraging sessions around the site at 1pm and 2.30pm, plus Wild Ways will be making wands, brooms and lanterns to take away.

Halloween at Blenheim Palace

There are plenty of ghostly goings-on to experience at Blenheim Palace this October Half Term. Enjoy spooky tours of the Palace and ride the ghost train to the Pleasure Gardens to see creepy crawlies up close with an interactive show and take part in the Mini Beasts trail to win treats!

Date/ Time: 23rd to the 30th October, at various times. Opening times for the palace are: 10.30-17.30

Fairytale Halloween

Carve your own pumpkin lantern, get your face painted into a spooky Halloween character, decorate a bat biscuit or a pumpkin-shaped cookie and get creative in their colouring corner and enter the Post-a-Scary-Selfie competition. Chocolate treats for all who dress up. Their spectacular illuminations are switched on every evening as darkness falls.

The Great Pumpkin Hunt

There's fun for the little ones at Waterperry Gardens this autumn with the Great Pumpkin Hunt. Find the 10 pumpkins hidden around the gardens and then claim your seasonal prize. Let the kids run off some energy whilst you appreciate the ornamental gardens at this special time of year. Children must be accompanied by an adult for whom the garden entrance fee applies.

Hobgoblin’s Grand lighting of the Pumpkin

There will be live music provided by the Village idiots and the world famous Wychwayz Morris Dancers, and complimentary pint of Hobgoblin or Hobgoblin Gold on arrival at Wychwood Brewery. All money raised will be donated to local charity – SpecialEffect.
