Opening details

We are open Saturdays and Sundays all year, and daily from 28 May to 11 September and during half terms. Please check the website for details.

Opening Times
Didcot Railway Centre is open from 10.30 am to 4 pm (and 5 pm on summer running days). Last admission is 3.30 pm. There is no late entry discount.

Day Out With Thomas events open at 10 am.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Notes

  • The steps leading to our entrance limit access to the Centre & we ask visitors to contact us in advance of their visit to discuss access needs. It is not always possible to make all parts and vehicles as accessible as we would like and our aim is to provide as much access as possible. While visitors with disabilities pay the normal admission charge, their necessary companion is admitted free. We have designed a ramp and are exploring funding options.
