The Abingdon Visitor and Community Information Centre is run by the town council and offers a service for both residents and visitors on Abingdon-on-Thames and the attractions of the town and surrounding areas.

Opening details

Opening hours: Monday to Saturday 9.30am to 3.00pm all year.

Abingdon-on-Thames Town Council operate a Visitor and Community Information Centre based in the lower foyer of the Guildhall, accessed via Roysse Court off Bridge Street. There is wheelchair access.

Our desk staff at the Centre can provide you with information about travel, things to do and places to stay, eat and drink in and around the town. They can provide information about Town Council services, town events and town council meetings.

Terry Boswell will respond to bed and breakfast accommodation enquiries on her mobile 07976 627252 late afternoon 3.30 pm to
8.30 pm. This is a helpful, independent service to assist with availability of accommodation for business people and for holidays in Abingdon-on-Thames and the surrounding countryside.
